Charleston Design Limited provides a highly personal service - consultations are held in our client’s homes. It takes time to nurture and develop a home that is bursting with personality and which fully reflects the lifestyle of its owners. By getting to know you in the comfort of your home, we can assess the aspects that you find most important in your life and build them into designs that truly reflect you and your family. We are very happy to offer a free initial consultation where we will visit you to discuss any ideas or plans you may have and how we can be of service. We welcome the chance to introduce ourselves and the opportunity to show you our latest portfolio. We will then begin to build a picture of the size and scope of the project you have in mind, create room sketches and suggest at least two schemes for you to look at. The second major design stage moves the project forward to a point of creating room layouts, colour schemes and suggesting fabrics, furniture, lighting and accessories. This will be a detailed idea from us of the project and budget we believe you have in mind. Through communication and visual plans we will work together to refine and finalise the design. Charleston Design Limited is flexible and adaptable and can accommodate your needs. If you only require our input to this point in your plans, we are very happy to give you the information you require to continue alone. We offer a dressing and styling service, and would be happy to return at a later stage to create the final look. This service has, in the past, been of special interest to those wishing to sell their home and to those intending to smarten their home in preparation for receiving guests on special occasions. The third major design stage is the project in full. When all the plans and schemes have been finalised and agreed, work will begin on implementing the changes. All purchases will be made (subject to settlement of a deposit); and rooms will be dressed and finished personally to our high standards. |
